CMM launches golf salary survey

Golf recruitment specialist Colt Mackenzie McNair is launching its inaugural Golf Salary & Benefits Study. The study will be published in April 2010 and will collate remuneration, benefits and staff development information.

The firm hopes the report will give employers and potential candidates detailed information and insight into current business practice, focusing on salary and benefit benchmarking, demographics of senior managers and staff development patterns and analysis.

CMM director Richard Wood said: “We’re urging all stakeholders in the golf industry to take part in this study. Their input will enable us to publish the most comprehensive, valuable and useful insight document of this type. There is a distinct lack of accurate and credible information about salaries and benefits in the golf industry and this study will be highlighting the packages currently on offer across the various regions. We are sure employers will be able to use this information to attract and retain the best people.”
