Final phase starts at Aphrodite Hills

Construction is under way at Alexander Heights, the final tranche of real estate in the Aphrodite Hills golf development in Cyprus.

Alexander Heights, a gated community within the overall Aphrodite Hills development, will consist of 69 properties, 21 villas, 16 junior villas and 32 apartments. Prices start from €594,000 for a two-bedroom apartment, and €1,845,000 for a villa.

Andronicos Antoniou, head of sales and marketing for owner Lanitis Development, said that 60 per cent of the villas and 25 per cent of the apartments had already been sold.  “Cyprus continues to be a popular investment choice for many with its stable economy and well-established tourism and leisure infrastructure,” he said.
