Golf development in Poland

The Golf Investment and Development Conference in Central and Eastern Europe will take place in Warsaw on 13-15 September 2010.

The theme of the conference, which took place for the first time last year, will be the potential for golf industry development in the region.

The conference will feature a series of discussions and presentations that focus on recent investment projects, financing methods and ways of implementing architectural proposals. It will also look at the main areas of the golf industry that determine market development, including tourism and recreation; golf as a sport; and property development projects in golf course areas.

Speakers at the event include Howard Swan of Howard Swan Golf Design, Lodewijk Klootwijk from the EGCOA and Jerry Kilby of CMAE.
