Luxury development for Jamaica

US-based firm Rose Hall Developments has announced plans for a new residential community to be built on its 7,000 acre property in Jamaica. 

The firm owns the nearby Cinnamon Hill golf course, originally opened in 1969 and redesigned by Robert von Hagge and his partner Rick Baril in 2001. Purchasers will have preferential access to tee times at the course, along with others in the area.

Founders Village lots range from three to four acres and feature golf course, ocean and mountain views. Located 500 feet above sea level only 15 minutes from Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay, prices for the lots average US$500,000 per acre.

Rose Hall Plantation, an eighteenth century sugar cane farm, was purchased more than 40 years ago by the late American entrepreneur John Rollins, and has since been developed into a a popular venue for recreation and relaxation.
