Arthur Hills/Steve Forrest and Associates (AHSF) is an international golf course design firm, based in the USA. Founded more than forty years ago, the firm operates as a partnership run by four principals, each of whom manages a portfolio of projects with support from design associates and staff.
In addition to generating billions of dollars in real estate value, AHSF-designed championship courses have hosted PGA Tour, USGA, Champions Tour, European PGA Tour and LPGA Tour events. In 2008, the firm announced the formation of a new company in Mexico, Ochoa/Hills, with an emphasis on projects in Latin America.
With an already strong presence in Portugal and Scandinavia, AHSF has recently undertaken projects in North Africa, Asia and the Middle East as part of its global alliance practice. In addition to the more than 200 new courses it has created, AHSF has also built a flourishing master-planning and renovation practice, with a focus on restoring and refining for a new era such classic championship courses as Congressional CC, the Inverness Club, Oakmont, Oakland Hills, and Crystal Downs.
