Barenbrug has supplied grass seeds for one of the most prestigious golf courses in Scandinavia, the PGA National Golf Resort Course in Sweden. This resort includes three eighteen hole courses designed by Kyle Phillips, a practice area with a nine hole practice course and a 250 bedroom five star hotel. The golf course will open in June 2009.

The greens were seeded with mixtures containing Bargreen, Barcrown and Barpearl fescues. The fairways and tees mainly have dwarf perennial rye/red fescue mixtures of which Bargold is the major lolium perenne cultivar in this mixture.
