Beaver Bridges was nominated to design and construct two bridges for Ilkley Golf Club in North Yorkshire. The 26 metres long single-span arched pedestrian bridge and vehicle bridge were both designed with 10 metres of approach ramp to give the impression of much longer continuous structures. The bridges were commissioned by the golf club to replace two older structures accessing holes on an island setting in the adjacent river. They now form a centrepiece of great pride for the club.
