Creative Golf Design aims to provide imaginative yet practical solutions for golf course projects. The practice has developed a network of consultants (including Ken Brown, PGA professional and BBC TV commentator) to provide a holistic design and consultancy service for the successful realisation of new golf developments and the remodelling and improvement of established facilities. It has experience of working in over 15 countries throughout Europe and is also looking to apply the knowledge gained in new markets further afield.

The principle philosophy of the practice is to design golf courses which promote the enjoyment of the game of golf. By sensitive, skilful and inspirational design, a rather ordinary piece of land can be transformed into a golf course of distinctive quality and character. The practice does not believe in simply imposing the golf course on the landscape but instead working with it and enhancing the natural qualities of the land where they are worth preserving. This approach is in harmony with the principles of sustainable golf development, which will find favour with planners and environmental groups, thereby easing the permitting procedures and saving the client unnecessary extra expenditure.
