Manchester-based company Dave Thomas Limited was formed in 1958 and is involved in all aspects of golf course design development, principally new integrated resorts and residential communities. It has recently concentrated company activities in tourism developments in the Iberian Peninsula and new golf projects in the Russian Federation, Belarus and Ukraine. Within the UK the company services extend to new, as well as remodelling projects.
