Golfplan - Fream, Dale & Ramsey, has been providing golf course planning and design services in North America and Asia since 1972, and in Europe, the Caribbean and Africa since 1973.

Services have been provided in more than 60 countries, under almost every imaginable climatic and ecological situation. This wide environmental experience results in completed projects of exceptionally high quality that often gain worldwide attention. Golfplan’s courses include the Club at Nine Bridges, Jeju Island, South Korea, voted into Golf magazine's Top 100 golf courses in 2009; the Serapong Course at Sentosa Golf Club, host of the Singapore Open since 2005; Pezula Golf Course, in Knysna, South Africa, named the 'Most Outstanding Golf Resort Worldwide' in the 2006 VIP International Traveler Reader’s Travel Award; and Krakow Valley Golf and Country Club, voted as number one course in Poland, in 2009 by Planet Golf.
