Infinite Variety Golf Design is Europe’s leading restorer of classic era golf courses, focusing on designs by Harry Colt, Tom Simpson, Hugh Alison, John Morrison and Frank Pennink. This unique expertise spills over into our new-build practice where we focus on creating original links and heathland style courses on high quality sandy sites.

We are currently working with 22 classic golf courses to help bring back the strategy, style and variety of their original design. Of these three courses are in the World top 100 and eight in the European top 100. Our work on courses such as Royal Hague, Royal Spa, Kennemer, Cruden Bay, Eindhoven, Le Touquet, De Pan, Tandridge and Hardelot has gained recognition throughout the golf world.

Furthermore we are currently working with top shaper Conor Walsh on De Swinkelsche, a spectacular new heathland design in the southern sand belt of the Netherlands, which we expect to create quite a stir when it opens late 2012. The strength of our approach is a combination of state of the art design techniques, extensive presence during the construction phase, intimate knowledge of many of the top courses in the world and ‘last but not least’ personal attention for our clients.
