E-Z-GO, global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, has introduced its redesigned Freedom TXT personal golf car, revolutionising and enhancing the model’s look and performance.

The new Freedom TXT follows modern automotive design cues, and its front cowl and body panels are crafted from durable automotive-quality materials, with a painted finish designed to be resistant to scratches and fading.

The Freedom TXT features a steel-reinforced rear bumper and a tough front bumper, as well as a new sun top, boasting a double-walled construction and a moulded-in grab handle.

The new model features upgraded seating, providing better lower back support and more cushioning. The vehicle’s forward-neutral-reverse switch has been relocated to the centreline of the vehicle, allowing for easier access and quick direction changes.

There are also larger cupholders, dashboard storage areas and bagwells, to accommodate for larger golf bags.

“In designing the new Freedom TXT, our goal was simply to make a personal vehicle that was a little more comfortable and a whole lot of fun,” said Eric Bondy, vice president, consumer business for E-Z-GO.
