Nicklaus Design has been hired to design three new golf courses in Vietnam.

As part of its ongoing partnership with the BRG Group, Nicklaus Design will create courses at sites in the north of Vietnam and near the city of Danang.

BRG Group has been behind a number of high-profile golf developments in Vietnam. These include the Kings Island Golf Resort, which features a course designed by Pacific Golf Design’s Robert MacFarland, and BRG Legend Hill Golf Resort, where Nicklaus Design lead the design of the course.

“This agreement marks the culmination of months of planning and it symbolises the binding business relationship that exists between the BRG Group and Nicklaus Design and it serves as an important step in our strategy to offer more international standard golf courses in Vietnam,” said Nguyen Thi Nga, chairman of BRG Group.

As well as the three new courses, BRG Group has signed a deal to open four Jack Nicklaus Academy of Golf facilities in Vietnam.
