The Qutab Golf Course, India’s first public golf course, is set to undergo its first renovation since it opened in 2000.

According to an article from the Times of India, the planned changes at the club include alterations to the layout of the 18-hole course, a new clubhouse and a new driving range.

Located near New Delhi, the Qutab Golf Course plays 6,150 yards and was originally designed by Stephen Kay, though Brig Virendra Kumar took over the duty of the course’s construction and design.

Plans for the project, which will be lead by the Delhi Development Authority, are subject to change, as objections and suggestions from the public will be sought until 25 August.
