Reports indicate that a new multi-million dollar golf community could soon be built in Pakistan.
Initial plans for China Pak Golf Estates were revealed by representatives of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor to members of the Pakistani media at a press conference.
The China-Pakistan Economic Corridor is a collection of infrastructure projects currently under construction throughout Pakistan.
According to reports, China Pak Golf Estates would be a US$265 million gated golf community near the city of Gwadar.
Gwadar is located on Pakistan’s coastline with the Gulf of Oman, close to the country’s border with Iran.
More information about the golf elements of the resort are expected to be revealed in due course.
