Fox Harb’r Resort in Nova Scotia, Canada, has unveiled its reimagined Ocean course.

The revamped Ocean course is part of a plan, developed by Doug Carrick and Tom McBroom, to create two distinct 18-hole layouts. Work on the Ocean course includes nine new holes and reshaping the existing nine. The second layout, Vineyard, will be made in a similar fashion.

The Ocean course has been built next to a rugged coastline and offers dramatic views of the Northumberland Strait. Carrick and McBroom say their design embraces the natural contours of the land, delivering a refined, links-style experience.

“The Ocean course is a major step forward for both our resort and the province,” said Kevin Toth, president of Fox Harb’r Resort. “It’s a showcase of our region’s coastal beauty, and a testament to our commitment to creating extraordinary golf and travel experiences in Canada.”

Both the Ocean and Vineyard courses are part of a broader multi-million-dollar transformation at the resort, which includes a new spa and wellness centre.
