Vineyards Country Club in Naples, Florida, has reopened its North course following a renovation by Kipp Schulties.

QGS Development began construction on the course, originally designed by Mark McCumber, in March 2024.

“Our North course renovation takes the club’s golf experience to unprecedented heights,” said Michael Procacci Jr, the club’s chairman and co-owner. “These enhancements deliver not only a visually appealing, strategic course layout but they also embrace the natural beauty of Florida’s landscape in a way that enriches both our members' enjoyment and our community's ecological balance.”

Work has included greens expansion, reshaping fairways, updating bunkers with ProAngle sand, new back tees, introducing stone-capped walls, wood bridges and native South Florida landscaping. Also, the entire course has been regrassed with Bimini bermuda on tees, fairways and rough, with TifEagle on greens. Drainage systems have been updated and a new Toro irrigation system has been installed.

Work on the North follows on from the club’s South course renovation, which was completed in December 2023.
