A golf course renovation project has been completed at Sawgrass Country Club in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.

The club’s 27 holes – split into the East, West and South nines – have all been renovated as part of the club’s ‘Master Golf Course Plan’, which aimed to improve the golfing infrastructure at Sawgrass CC.

The work included renovations to the fairways, tees, bunkers, bridges, drainage and irrigation system on each of the courses.

The club worked with golf course architect Robert Walker for the project, with MacCurrach Golf Construction carrying out the work on all 27 holes.

“This commitment to our Master Golf Course Plan demonstrates our commitment to providing an exceptional golf course that is considered amongst the best in the nation,” said Barry McDonald, Sawgrass Country Club’s general manager. “We want Sawgrass Country Club to continue to be the first choice for those seeking a high value private club experience.”
