Architects’ Choice: the results!
Votes towards our Architects’ Choice Golf Course Rankings survey have been checked, verified and compiled and we are now in a position to reveal the Golf Course Architecture Architects’ Choice Top 100 Golf Courses in the World.
Over the next two weeks, we will be counting down the results of our survey, beginning with the courses ranked 100-91 on Monday 1st July. Check the website each day to see which courses have made it into the rankings. On Friday 12 July we will be announcing the number one course.
Over 240 golf course architects, representing 28 countries, voted in our survey, with many providing comments on what they think makes a good golf course, and why the golf courses they selected are special. Once the countdown is complete, we will be making a full report available to Golf Course Architecture monthly email newsletter subscribers as a free download. The results will also be featured in the July edition of Golf Course Architecture magazine, which will be published on the 12th July.
The results provide a fascinating insight into what golf course architects believe makes a golf course special, and we hope you enjoy reviewing the results as much as we have conducting the survey.
