Atlas Turf International enters Merit Leadership partnership with the ASGCA

Atlas Turf International has become a Merit Leadership Partner of the American Society of Golf Course Architects (ASGCA).

The partnership will see Atlas Turf collaborate with the ASGCA in areas such as education, outreach and the advancement of golf.

Atlas Turf becomes one of a limited number of industry sponsors to work with the ASGCA in this capacity, and the partnership will help the company build on the relationships it has with leading golf course architects.

“Our common interests and goals in both the domestic and international golf markets make this partnership mutually beneficial,” said John Holmes, president of Atlas Turf. “Atlas Turf provides turfgrass to golf projects around the world; and ASGCA members, on average, have worked in eight different countries. We are uniquely equipped to support each other in projects worldwide.”

“ASGCA is proud to work with Atlas Turf as a Merit Leadership Partner,” said Steve Smyers, president of the ASGCA. “Their unique perspective on the golf industry as a turf provider will bring increased knowledge to ASGCA members, and assist them on projects around the world.”
