KPMG addresses emerging markets

'Golf Development in the Emerging Markets' will be the theme of the fourth annual KPMG Golf Business Forum, which brings together golf and real estate developers, investment groups, banks, equity funds, master planners, course architects, suppliers and operators.

The forum will be held on 16-18 May in the castle district of Budapest, Hungary, strategically positioned in the heart of the developing markets of Central and Eastern Europe and will provide an opportunity for individuals with an interest in the business of golf to meet.

This year's events include: a debate on the current and future state of the market; learning experiences from international developments; a panel discussion on how best to secure financing; debate on the value that golf can bring to residential developments; insights into critical success factors and best practice; debate on the current and future position of the Hungarian golf industry; the fastemerging market in Croatia; and an evergreen debate on the value of adding a signature architect to a golf development.
