Special edition of ASGCA’s By Design magazine now available
A special edition of the American Society of Golf Course Architects’ (ASGCA) By Design magazine, focusing on the eighth annual ASGCA Design Excellence Recognition Program, is now available.
The six projects profiled in By Design, which is put together by the same team that is responsible for Golf Course Architecture, highlight the innovation and problem-solving skills required for today’s golf course designs.
Architects featured in this issue include Thad Layton, Brandon Johnson, Bill Bergin, Rees Jones and Andy Staples.
Among this year’s recognised projects are Paul Cowley’s new putting course for Diamante Cabo San Lucas, Raymond Hearn’s comprehensive redesign of Maple Lane Golf Club, and Art Schaupeter’s new 18-hole TPC Colorado.
