Lynx LSM provides precise scheduling and real-time monitoring, allowing operators to optimise irrigation based on actual course conditions. Its intuitive interface and cloud-based capabilities ensure flexibility and efficiency, reducing water waste and improving turf health. Complementing this system, Toro’s 1300 Flex rotors offer uniformity and adaptability, with adjustable arcs and nozzles designed for large turf areas. Tee-2-Green Booth: 3340 The Olympic Club in San Francisco, California, longtime host of major championships, completed a full greens renovation on its Lake course in late 2023, using Tee-2-Green’s Pure Distinction bentgrass. Over two summers of preparation, the maintenance team dialled in firmness, speed and protection ahead of hosting the 125th US Amateur. Director of maintenance Troy Flanagan reports exceptional performance. “Pure Distinction delivered outstanding density, smoothness and a lighter colour that blends seamlessly with the club’s poa fairways,” he said. “The greens are holding firm, running in the mid-to-upper 13s on the Stimp with minimal input, and earning praise from competitors and members alike.
