EGCOA Golf Business Conference returns to Amsterdam this November

The European Golf Course Owners Association’s (EGCOA) Golf Business Conference heads to Amsterdam this November.

The theme of this year’s event is ‘The BIG Opportunity’, with a focus on the possibilities available to the golf industry in Europe. Examples of golf facilities that have adapted their approach to suit the changing golf market will be highlighted.

The event is attended by around 150-200 golf industry professionals, a majority of whom are golf course owners, managers or directors of golf.

Keynote speakers at the event will include Elisa Gaudet, president of Executive Golf International and a founding partner of Women’s Golf Day, and customer experience guru Nienke Bloem.

The 2015 edition saw the largest attendance at an EGCOA Golf Business Conference in five years.

“We aim to offer a refreshing insight into the European & global golfing industry, offering realistic, actionable solutions to the industry,” said Lodewijk Klootwijk, CEO for the EGCOA.

The event takes place from 2-4 November at the the Novotel Amsterdam Hotel, Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam, Netherlands.
