Greg Norman and Dean Lukin Jr relaunch Port Lincoln project

Greg Norman Golf Course Design and developer Dean Lukin Jr have signed a master plan agreement to revive the Port Lincoln project, located on the southeast coast of the Eyre Peninsula in South Australia.

The project was originally launched in 2012, but plans did not move forward. However, Norman and Lukin Jr remained in contact and have agreed that now is the time to relaunch the project with a new master plan.

The development will include a Greg Norman Signature golf course surrounded by high-end residential properties.

“It is an honour to assist Dean in carrying on the Lukin legacy in Australia with the development of his project in Port Lincoln,” said Norman. “It has been a long road, but we are so glad to finally be here and move forward with the formal master plan agreement. There is a lot to look forward to and I am delighted to continue my long relationship with Dean and bring something special to South Australia.”

“This will be a tremendous boost for Port Lincoln and the lower Eyre Peninsula area generally – it helps to create a vibrancy and excitement that is important in regional areas,” said Lukin Jr. “I am very excited to have Greg Norman involved in this project as I am hugely passionate about this beautiful region. There is nobody better than Greg in achieving an aesthetic, well-planned and creative golf course development and I am supremely confident everybody will be pleased with the outcome.”
