Central America’s first Pete Dye golf course opened on 28 March.

The Golf Environment Organisation (GEO) is gearing up to release its online certification system this month, with a pioneering group of golf facilities currently testing the system in Europe and beyond.

The highest golf course in Europe is being expanded from nine to 18 holes.

Thracian Cliffs Golf and Spa Resort has hired British contracting and management firm Braemar Golf to complete construction of its 18 hole Gary Player designed course.

Golf Club Föhr, located on the German island of the same name, is being extended to 27 holes by design firm Städler Golf Courses.
