New resort destination will include a Jeff Mingay golf course and facilities designed by Hart Howerton

Development group Cabot has unveiled plans for its newest luxury resort and residential destination. Cabot Wilds will be built on 2,500 acres of rolling terrain in Nova Scotia, Canada, and will include an 18-hole golf course by Jeff Mingay.
Cabot has partnered with Canadian businessman John Bragg and his family – founders of Oxford Frozen Foods – on the development.
“We are honoured to work with John Bragg and his family to bring Cabot Wilds to life and shine a light on this beautiful corner of Nova Scotia,” said Ben Cowan-Dewar, CEO and co-founder of Cabot. “I consider John to be one of the greatest Canadian entrepreneurs of our time, and beyond being a valued long-time partner, he has been an amazing friend and mentor to me. We are thrilled to see him take a more prominent role across Cabot’s portfolio as we shape the brand’s future.”
Cabot Wilds will be built in the foothills of the Cobequid Mountains, with Mingay’s course located next to River Philip and traversing rugged highlands and tree-lined valleys.
