Leeds Golf Design is a young and enthusiastic company specialising in golf course architecture; based in Leeds, UK, and Ferrara, Italy.

Its services range from project planning to the design of new golf courses and the renovation of existing courses.

The firm is very committed to delivering sustainable solutions that always fit the context and respect the existing environment and landscape.

Author of the ‘Acupuncture Approach’ that involves focusing on highly specific actions or specific details to maximise the effect and the resources available for the renovation. Since July 2019 the team is part of GEO Foundation network as an official GEO independent verifier.

The company has a focus on sustainability, and in response to recent global calls to action is launching the new programme ‘Zero Impact Golf Courses’ to minimise the carbon footprint of proposed golfing development or redevelopment.

Leeds Golf Design is also a supporter of the R&A Women in Charter initiative; assessing, designing and improving golf courses to promote women’s play and ultimately women’s participation.
