True Club Solutions (TCS) Agronomic & Renovation Services is a golf course construction company that provides a range of services including agronomic assistance, golf course construction, golf course design and golf course maintenance assistance.

TCS is part of the family of brands that comprise industry-leading golf course management company Troon. TCS helps clubs by providing a wide range of services that touch on all aspects of golf course maintenance, design and construction. Agronomic services provided include aerifying, fraze mowing, shockwave treatments and other larger, periodic services. Labour provisions are also provided for clubs that want to take care of a specific project or need supplemental labour for a short period of time.

Golf course design is handled by Art Schaupeter, an architect with over 30 years of experience. Golf course construction can be provided for any scope of work needed, large or small. TCS’s project managers and crew foremen bring decades of experience to each project and a commitment to excellence in line with the overall value and quality that Troon is known for.

Just in 2025, TCS completed two major green renovations at The Boulders Resort and Starr Pass Golf Club, both in Arizona; a bunker renovation at Quincy Country Club in Illinois; and an irrigation renovation at Tustin Ranch Golf Course in California. TCS also provided short-term labour services and agronomic services to a variety of clubs and courses throughout the year.
