Founded in 2002, Staples Golf Design (SGD) is an international golf course architecture firm based in Scottsdale, Arizona. SGD is an industry leader in sustainable golf; blending great design with how a golf course is maintained and operated is the pinnacle of accomplishment of the firm’s projects, and is the core philosophy of SGD. Andy Staples, owner of the firm, is a member of the American Society of Golf Course Architects (ASGCA), and an active speaker within the industry having presented to the USGA, GCSAA, ASGCA, among others, with regularity.
